Youth Fit

With the increasing participation of children in a wide variety of youth sports from Rugby and Gymnastics to Football and Athletics, there is a significant need for better physical preparation. Resistance training has the most potential of any physical activity to address this need. Youth Fit will enable you in improving your ability to tolerate sport stresses, improve performance and avoid athletic injury. Learn that your greatest investment is you Health.


GYM Introduction

The Gym has designated areas for cardiovascular and resistance training, assessments and inductions. It does not matter if you are new to exercise or an old-hand, there are a few options to help you on your health and fitness journey. We have a complimentary gym introduction for every new member. All members will be given a programme that is designed to meet their goals plus regular updates of programmes with progressive elements built in.


Circuit Training

Looking for a way to infuse your fitness routine with some new energy and excitement? Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started with physical activity, circuit training is a great way to challenge your body in a variety of ways while boosting the fun factor.A typical circuit training workout includes about 8-10 exercise stations. After completing a station, instead of resting, you move quickly to the next station. A muscular strength and endurance circuit alternates muscle groups, such as upper body, lower body and core.



Lifestyle, Education & Nutrition

Is a programme featuring small-group workouts it features personalised instruction and support from an instructor at 3 group training sessions per week.

Water based exercise class.This is a fun workout designed to improve or maintain ones own fitness. The dynamic cardiovascular base is intensified through learning how to move and use the water – Due to the buoyant nature of the water this class caters for a wide range of fitness levels; limited only by ones own fitness or joint flexibility. Aquacise is also a great form of conditioning for rehabilitation.

Swim Programmes

Exercise opportunities are not confined to the gym alone. Whether you want to swim in a group or on your own, swim train for an Ironman or are just hoping to get fit.  Our  swim sessions cater for every age and ability and have swimming teachers that can assist with technique correction if required. Our staff can set individual programmes, help with swim stroke and swimming technique or leave you to swim at your leisure. Please do not hesitate to ask them for their expert advice.
