Introducing the TEAM Weight Loss Programme

What is LEAN TEAM Weight Loss?

The TEAM Weight Loss programme is a 6-week programme that meets 2 times weekly with a Trainer. The programme provides nutritional guidance and support while offering the full benefits of working out with your peers who are determined to achieve the same goal -> weight loss

Friendly, inviting and fun, it will provide you with the resources and support you need for long term weight loss success.

How it works

TEAM Weight Loss:

  • is a 6-week programme featuring small-group workouts

  • features personalised instruction and support from an instructor.
  • involves 2 group personal training sessions per week and weekly nutrition advice.
  • provides joining fee refund if you achieve your goal within the 6- week programme.
  • is fun, motivational and results-oriented.

Once you register, you’ll work with a group of people who share your desire for support, motivation and measurable weight-loss results.

How do I register?

TEAM Weight Loss groups are now forming. To register, see a member of staff.

How much is it?

The programme itself is $80 plus a $20 joining fee. At the beginning of the programme, you will work with your Trainer to establish a weight loss and body composition goal. The $20 joining fee will be completely refunded if you achieve this goal within the 6 week programme. The programme cost is paid in full at the time of enrollment.

What’s included in the nutrition support group?

Nutrition-related topics are discussed within the group and vary each week. Our healthy meal plans encourage a lifestyle change, creating a system that is practical, logical and easy to follow.

The nutrition support group meets for the first 15 minutes of the second TEAM session of each week. After the nutrition support group meets, you are off to your workout for the balance of the hour.

What are the workouts like?

The exercise portion of the programme involves your entire team in a group training setting. Workouts are conducted 2 times weekly. The training programme incorporates bother light upper-body strength training and heart rate-based cardio training. This combination creates a unique and exhilarating workout designed to produce results.

Because the cardio programme incorporates heart rate training, the programme is adaptable to any fitness level - from sedentary to active individuals. The programme is designed with your progress and success in mind with a series of workouts that will challenge you more and more each week - ultimately helping you achieve your goal. Your Trainer is there the entire time providing support and professional guidance, motivation and assurance that you are on the right track to achieving your fitness goal - and ultimately the $20 joining fee refund!

What happens if I miss a session?

Your Trainer will provide you with a workout to complete on your own. This way you won’t fall behind.

Is it fun?

The class is designed to produce results and it is fun and entertaining so time passes very quickly. Our TEAM members say it best:
